Studio Policies

New to the Studio

If you are a new client, we recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill up the necessary paperwork and get acquainted with the studio. We accept credit card payment, checks and cash. All transactions can be done online, at the front desk or over the phone.

Packages and Scheduling

All packages are created with expiration dates and packages are considered non-refundable. Please refer to our cancellation POLICY below. Sessions can be purchase in advance online. We do require an $85.00 deposit for an initial PRIVATE appointment to reserve the spot with your instructor.

Studio Courtesy

  • Please, turn off cell phones while in the studio.
  • Please, refrain from wearing perfume, cologne or highly scented essential oils or lotions  when visiting the studio.
  • Inner Core Wellness is a “No Shoe Zone”. Storage cubbies and coat hooks are provided for your shoes and personal items.
  • We have started a SOCK-ON policy @ the studio .   If you are taking a session , please wear clean, well-fitting socks.  We also sell Toe-Sox in the studio .

Studio Inclement Weather Policy

Decisions for closings or schedule changes will be posted on our website and on our voicemail by 7:00am that morning.  An email will also be sent to clients who are scheduled .

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All sessions require a reservation and can be arranged according to your day and time availability. 

Please call the office (703)506-1010 to schedule your appointment or sign up online.  

 All cancellations must be made 24-hours in advance to your appointment (Pilates, MELT,  and Physical Therapy) or you will be charged for the session.  

We are unable to offer refunds.

To prevent injury, we ask that you arrive to your class on time to allow for a proper warm-up.
