SMALL GROUP MAT CLASSES (5-6 PARTICIPANTS): 50-55 MINS

Our small group mat classes provide a more intimate setting, offering personalized attention while benefiting from the energy of a group workout. With just 5-6 participants, you’ll receive guidance and modifications to ensure exercises align with your fitness level and goals.

SMALL GROUP TOWER CLASSES (4 PARTICIPANTS): 50-55 MINS

In our small Tower classes, with just 4 participants, you’ll experience a personalized Pilates session with individual attention. Using Pilates Wall Units, these classes focus on core strength, flexibility, and conditioning. The Tower’s springs offer varying resistance, providing support and challenge as you improve strength, posture, and alignment. Modifications are offered for all levels, from beginner to advanced.
