Studio Policy

New to the Studio

If you are a new client, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork and get acquainted with the studio. We accept credit card payments, checks, and cash. Transactions can be completed online, at the front desk, or over the phone.

Packages and Scheduling

All packages have expiration dates and are considered non-refundable. Please refer to our cancellation policy below. Sessions can be purchased in advance online. A $100 deposit is required for an initial Private Appointment to reserve your spot with your instructor.

  • Please turn off cell phones while in the studio.
  • Kindly refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or highly scented essential oils or lotions when visiting the studio.
  • Inner Core Wellness is a No Shoe Zone. Storage cubbies and coat hooks are available for your shoes and personal items.
  • We have implemented a Sock-On policy. If you are taking a session, please wear clean, well-fitting socks. We also sell Toe-Sox in the studio.
  • To prevent injury, please arrive on time for your class to allow for a proper warm-up.
Studio Inclement Weather Policy

Decisions regarding studio closings or schedule changes will be posted on our website and voicemail by 6:00 AM that morning. An email will also be sent to clients who are scheduled.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

All sessions require a reservation and can be arranged according to your availability. Please call the office at (703) 506-1010 to schedule your appointment or sign up online.

  • All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance (for Pilates, MELT, and Physical Therapy sessions) or you will be charged for the session.

  • We are unable to offer refunds.
