PT Clinic Policies & Schedule

To schedule an Initial Evaluation, please email us at info@innercorewellness.com or use our interactive online reservation system. If the online booking system is full, don’t worry—just contact us via email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your initial visit to complete the necessary paperwork.

Physical Therapy Clinic Policies

• A referral from a physician for physical therapy is recommended.
• All evaluations and treatment sessions are provided by licensed physical therapists.
• We currently do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a “superbill” or invoice for insurance reimbursement for clients seeing a physical therapist. Please check with your insurance company to see if they reimburse for out-of-network services.
