OUR VIRTUAL STUDIO for MAT CLASSES and PRIVATES is OPEN

Inner Core Wellness Studio is open and will continue to offer virtual mat classes and private sessions for those who wish to stay home a little bit longer.

As a small boutique PILATES studio and PT clinic, we take pride in giving one on one, personal hands-on instructions as we believe this is the best way to teach PILATES, however, given the current situation, we have to find alternative means to stay connected and provide PILATES to our clients to keep staying strong and healthy, physically and mentally the best way we can.

HOW DO YOU GET STARTED?

Our instructors will be teaching virtual private sessions and mat classes on the current mind body schedule.

  • Click the following link to View Class Schedule and Sign Up through our online booking system.
  • Reservations are required. Online reservations must be made at least 30 minutes prior to class start time to ensure you receive the link to join the class.
  • Click here to Book Virtual Privates Sessions with Loren or Brenna or Maria.
  • Mat class rates are at $20 each . You may use your Inner Core Credit Package or purchase Single Mat Classes.
  • A 12 hour cancellation policy applies to virtual mat classes.
  • Upon sign up, you will receive an email confirmation of your reservation. It includes important information about the link to the virtual class using the ZOOM app, which you must do prior to joining the class.
  • If this is your first time doing an online virtual class, we will give you a call 30 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin, to make sure that we can assist you in setting up . You can also email us anytime at info@innercorewellness.com if you need assistance.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • A Pilates or yoga mat. A thicker firm mat is better so if you have 2 yoga mats, you can double it up.
  • Optional Items to have by your side but not necessary…
    • Hand towel
    • Resistance Bands
    • Foam Roller/Melt Roller (if available)
    • Minis for Feet if available
    • Small Soft Ball
    • Light hand weights (1-2 lbs.) or 2 canned goods or water bottles
    • Yoga strap or BELT
    • Magic Circle

We are eager to get back doing what we do best, teach PILATES and WELLNESS and guide you as MOVEMENT HEALS.
